Human rights are inherent in all human beings, regardless of their nationality, place of residence, gender, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or any other status. All of us are entitled to obtain our human rights equally and without discrimination. All such rights are interdependent, working together, and indivisible. Global human rights are often expressed and guaranteed by law, and in the form of pledges, customary international law, general principles, or other sources of international law. International human rights law establishes obligations on governments to act in certain ways or to abstain from certain actions, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms of individuals or groups. All constitutions of the world have stipulated to respect, care, and protect human rights. The UAE constitution has stipulated, in Article 13, (Equality, social justice, the provision of safety and security, and equality of opportunity for all citizens shall be the bases of the community. Mutual co-operation and respect shall be a firm bond between them.)
