dealings of institutions, individuals and companies among each other. Law has regulated the rights for every element of society, set rules for the use of these rights, and arranged requesting compensation for the violation of right. It also regulated all civil and commercial contracts such as sale, donation, supply, contracting, commission, rent and other contracts. It has also regulated cases of recovering money paid without right and between cases of forfeiture of the right without breaching the provisions of the Commercial Transactions Law that governs the relationship of dealers with others.
