Arbitration<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Arbitration is a special judgment by agreeing to refer all disputes that arose or might arise between the parties regarding a specific legal relationship, whether contractual or non-contractual, to one or more neutral individuals called \u201carbitrators\u201d, to resolve the aforementioned dispute by rendering an award that is binding and enforceable instead of being rendered by judgment. The parties’ agreement to arbitration shall be in the form of an arbitration clause contained in a contract, or in the form of a separate arbitration agreement after the dispute has arisen.<\/p>

Commercial arbitration is considered a strategic choice for United Arab Emirates in its development plans to attract the best international developers to implement projects with the best expected specifications by granting the highest standards of legal guarantees in the field of arbitration.
